Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to offer returns and/or exchanges.

All products go through strict quality check to ensure any defect or personalization error before it is dispatched. We strive to ensure that you are happy with our products! However, if the product has incorrect personalization or a manufacturing defect, we would be happy to offer a full refund or an exchange of the same product.

Return Process:

1. Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from the date the product was delivered and applicable only for the following reasons:
2. Incorrect Product - If the product received is different from what was ordered during checkout.
3. Incorrect Personalization - If the personalization on the product is different from the details shared while placing the order.
4. Damaged Product. - If you identify a manufacturing defect on the received product.

Kindly provide us with 1-2 images of the product (damaged part & a full product photo) for us to verify the reason of return via email info@theitineraryshop.com and our team will then get in touch with you within 2-3 business days regarding the eligibility of the return. If accepted, a return shipping will be arranged.

Cancellation Policy:

Customer can cancel their order within 3 hours from the time of purchase. To request for a refund please contact us at info@theitineraryshop.com with your order number and your request. You will receive a full refund through the original mode of payment only which can take up to 5-6 business days.

Color Disclaimer:

All pictures of the products shown on our website are for illustration purpose only. 

Although we try to capture it’s true colour, the product colour may slightly vary due to different settings in your monitor/mobile or any other electronic device. 

For example, the same product can be seen different between an Android user and an Apple user. An Apple user may see a lighter green but if seen by an Android user can be a brighter and more saturated green.
